Design and development of premium website on Webflow for agrotourism in Tuscany (Italy)

Client

Tuscany Time is a new agrotourism in Tuscany, that offer few apartments, glamping and camping options for their clients.
The client wanted fresh and unconventional solutions.

Task

The client realized the need for their website in the hospitality industry, because on booking platforms you have to pay a large percentage and there is no way to convey the unique atmosphere of the place

Role

We completely took care of the website design from scratch, logo creation, development and connection of additional services. The client only dealt with the creation of texts.

Stack

We choose Figma for our innovative design. We took Webflow for the development of the website. To reserve the apartment we choose the system Trevlix that is very cheep but it's also powerful

Research & Analysis

In the initial phase of the project, we conducted thorough research on the market and competitors, as well as an analysis of the potential audience. We developed a customer persona to better understand the needs and expectations of the end users. This research served as the foundation for the subsequent design and development phases.

Information Architecture and Prototyping

The second phase involved developing the information architecture of the project. We created composites and wireframes to outline the site structure and user interaction flow. After these were approved by the client, we had a clear understanding of the future interface and functionality.

Design and Responsive Layout

Based on the approved wireframes, we designed all the website pages, including responsive layouts for various devices. We also developed pop-ups and integrated animations to enhance the user experience and make the site visually appealing.

Web Development and Integration

In the final phase, the design was implemented on the Webflow platform, where custom code was used to create animations. We also integrated services for collecting reviews and booking apartments. This phase ensured the website’s functionality and interactivity, completing the project in full alignment with the client’s technical and business requirements.

The client was highly satisfied with the final product. The website is now a powerful tool for presenting their project and allows for direct apartment bookings. It effectively meets both the client’s marketing needs and the functional requirements, providing a seamless experience for users.
